"The flowers with all the associated fees cost me a bundle. I expect beautiful and fragrant flowers at that price. But what about timely customer service? When I wanted to update my delivery instructions, I could not get hold of a live person on first call. Was asked to leave a voice mail on second call. Finally, got hold of a live person on third call. Flowers were delivered at the requested time, but the email confirmation came a day late. With all the modern technology of tracking, why can’t the flower business modernize their business model like the USPS, UPS, FedEx or Amazon?"
