"My friend loved the flowers! Your Customer Service is difficult! I never received the order receipt by email and it took several phone calls - with VERY long hold time to talk to someone. I ordered again this week and right now, I am hold hold for the second time for more than 20 minutes each time - first time he just transferred me without helping me and now I am holding again. Yet again I did NOT receive a receipt AND the flowers that I paid extra for morning delivery have not arrived yet. It is 1p est and the people will only be at the event until 3p est. I am SO not happy as it is VERY important that this was delivered before noon today! I am SO extremely aggravated at the inconvenience this is causing me and the disappointment that it will create for my business if they do not get there before 3p at the latest! I would like a refund for the extra I paid for early delivery, and there is no way you can compensate me for the time which is ridiculous for waiting. Is this Customer Service?
