Because we are an American company, we bill in U.S. dollars. So regardless of where you are located or where you are sending your gift, you will only be billed in U.S. Dollars. Additionally, in the chance that you are issued any sort of refund, you will only be refunded in U.S. dollars.

All orders delivered to the state of California will be charged sales tax at the rate of 9.50 percent. Service fees vary from one order to another but the cost starts at $9.99.

Flower delivery is generally available seven days a week depending on the delivery area and product. Sunday deliveries are not guaranteed, so if we are unable to arrange delivery that day, your order will be rescheduled for delivery the day before on Saturday. If Saturday is not available either, your order will then be rescheduled for delivery the next available business day. Funerals, Anniversaries, and Birthdays are an exception. We will contact you immediately if we are unable to accommodate the requested delivery day for those three occasions.

For Same-Day Delivery, the Standard Delivery Cut-Off Time for the recipient’s time zone is as follows:
Monday through Friday:
Residential: 3:15 PM. Business: 2:45 PM
Saturday: Residential & Business: 2:15 PM
Sunday: Residential & Business: 12:15 PM
We recommend placing your order at least 30 minutes before the Standard Cut-Off time for Same-Day Delivery.
